Autumn in Tokyo

We were lucky enough to catch the tail end of Autumn, with some lovely cold but clear days and beautiful foliage on display. The locals were going nuts for all the colours, with huge crowds admiring the scenery.

The girls had loads of fun playing in the leaves, and getting rugged up every time we leave the house has quickly become the norm.

Look out world, here we come!

10 years after we set up our travel blog, we've decided to hit the road again - big time! We're going to take a year off with the girls and travel to old and new destinations, starting with a few weeks in Tokyo, then the UK.

Whilst visiting Scott and Chez in California, we took the opportunity to visit Sayulita, on the south-west coast of Mexico. It was a very chilled out beach town with loads of restaurants and not much else to do...

We had a lovely time chilling out at the beach each day, and eating delicious street-food.

One day we got chatting with Seth, Beth and their kids Ezra and Milo, and ended up spending lots of time with them at the beach. We even got a chance to release baby turtles which had just hatched that morning.
